Save ITS 81

Rockabema Snow Rangers is a local snowmobile club in Patten Maine dedicated to promoting safe and enjoyable snowmobiling experiences in our region. Each year, we maintain over 70 miles of trails, organize community events, and work to promote safe riding practices.

We have recently been denied trail access on part of the main trails in our area, ITS 81. That in turn means we need to reroute the trail and construct two very costly bridges. These bridges not only need to support snowmobiles, but they also need to support our groomers that weigh over 20,000 pounds. If these bridges don’t get built snowmobilers coming from the south will lose access to the main trails in the northern region. This will not only hurt the sport, but it will hurt the local people depending on the tourism that snowmobiling brings to the area.

We estimate the total cost of this reroute to be $92,000. Your contribution would help us fund the building and rerouting of the bridge.

Together, we can ensure that Patten, Maine remains a premier destination for snowmobile enthusiasts and continues to grow as a vibrant part of our community.

Donation will graciously be accepted at www.rockabemasnowrangers.org or mailed to PO BOX 64, Turner, Maine 04282.

Thank you all and happy riding!
